Sunographer is an AI-powered tool that helps musicians optimize their lyrics for AI music generation platforms. The Service provides tag generation, style prompts, and lyric feedback.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
The Service offers paid subscription tiers with an optional free trial period. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Unused credits may roll over up to your plan's cap
- Downgrading your plan does not provide a refund
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to circumvent any rate limits or security measures
- Share your account with others
- Submit content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your original lyrics. The Service's output (tagged lyrics, style prompts, feedback) is provided for your use, but we retain rights to the underlying AI models and systems.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated suggestions will produce specific results in any third-party music generation platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunographer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
